Responsibilities:


Client Engagement:

• Engage with clients to understand their business challenges and objectives related to the data centre and network infrastructure.

• Conduct thorough needs analysis and identify opportunities for our solutions to address client requirements.

Solution Design:

• Collaborate with the technical team to design comprehensive data centre and network solutions that align with client needs.

• Create detailed proposals and presentations outlining the technical aspects, benefits, and ROI of the proposed solutions.

Technical Expertise:

• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape related to data centre and network solutions.

• Provide technical guidance to clients, addressing queries and concerns with in-depth knowledge.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless handover of qualified opportunities.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from presales to implementation.

Demonstrations and Proof of Concepts:

• Conduct product demonstrations and develop proof of concepts to showcase the effectiveness and capabilities of our solutions.

Documentation:

• Prepare comprehensive documentation, including technical specifications, diagrams, and cost estimates for proposed solutions.

RFP and RFI Activities:


Lead RFP and RFI Responses:

• Take ownership of the end-to-end process of responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs) related to datacentre and network solutions.

• Coordinate with the sales, technical, and other relevant teams to gather essential information required for crafting comprehensive responses.

Requirements Analysis:

• Conduct a detailed analysis of RFP and RFI documents to understand client requirements, project scope, and evaluation criteria.

• Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to ensure accurate and complete responses to all technical and business-related queries.

Proposal Development:

• Develop compelling and well-structured proposals that highlight the unique value propositions of our data centre and network solutions.

• Clearly articulate technical specifications, pricing details, and other relevant information in response to the outlined criteria.

Risk Assessment:

• Identify and assess potential risks associated with proposed solutions and address them proactively in the RFP/RFI responses.

• Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Client Communication:

• Engage in proactive communication with clients during the RFP/RFI process, seeking clarification on requirements and providing additional information as needed.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to enhance the overall proposal submission experience.

Continuous Improvement:

• Establish a feedback loop to capture lessons learned from each RFP/RFI response, incorporating insights into future proposals.

• Stay informed about industry best practices in RFP/RFI responses and implement improvements to enhance the overall quality and competitiveness of submissions.

Documentation Management:

• Maintain a centralized repository for RFP and RFI responses, ensuring that all relevant documents, templates, and supporting materials are organized and up-to-date.

• Collaborate with the marketing and communications teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all proposal materials.

Training and Knowledge Sharing (optional):

• Conduct training sessions for relevant teams to enhance their understanding of the RFP/RFI process, ensuring a consistent and standardized approach to responses.

• Share insights and updates on successful strategies, competitor analysis, and market trends to keep the team well-informed and competitive.

By effectively managing RFP and RFI activities, the Presales Specialist contributes to the overall success of the sales process, fostering positive client relationships and positioning the company as a preferred provider of data centre and network solutions.

What we are looking for:
  • MBA from reputed institute Presentable with good command in English
  • 5+ years in presales
  • Certification in HPE, Dell, VMware, Nutanix or similar
