Job description

Inside Sales through cold call and generated the revenue. Follow up to customer for timely renewal there subscription, Cheking Customer Order for smooth execution, Co-ordinate with OEM Company & follow-up customer order, follow up customer pending payment, Maintain Customer Database, Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, demonstrated history of working in the information technology and services industry. Skilled in Relationship Management, cross functional co- ordination, Filing important documents and communicating relevant information. Handle mail enquiry. Responding to complaints from customers and give after -sales support when requested., Coordinate with Factory and purchase department for customer oder status and inform the same to the customer, communication with transportation for timely delivery, follow up with customers for pending payment & C-form, Sourcing New Vendor
